Outdoor wall light YJ-9102 is a lighting fixture applicant in the garden, park, and so on. There are two options could be choose. One is made by plastic, and the other is made by extruded aluminum. The lamp holder is E27, Max 35W. There are three color choice of the light body, black, gray and white. But the white and gray only could made by aluminum. The IP Rating can be reach IP54.

1. The main material is extruded aluminum, which can improve the micro-structure of aluminum and improve its mechanical properties. Compared with the rolling, forging and other processing methods, the extruded products have high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality.
2. For this product, the lamp shade is made by plastic. It has high tensile strength and is very resistant to physical impacts and chemical corrosion, which allow the finished plastic to withstand heavy use and adverse environmental conditions.
3. We will place a waterproof rubber ring on the connection of each lamp body. The waterproof rubber can prevent rainwater from penetrating into the lamp. We choose Silicone rubber as waterproof rubber. One of the main benefits of silicone rubber is its heat resistance. It offers outstanding high-temperature resistance, with some compounds able to withstand temperatures up to 305 ℃. Silicone's thermal stability means it retains its structure and properties over a wide temperature range. In addition to heat resistance, other advantages of silicone rubber include insulation from electricity, compression set resistance, and the ability to repel water.
